Sooooo many people were bored out of their minds while watching this film. I WASN'T. I was screaming right along with them. It felt very real to me, and scared me half to death. The howl of that beast was also a fixture in some of my early nightmares. I loved the transformation scene, and the look of the werewolf was so damn creepy. Just when I felt like the whole horror scene in Hollywood had turned to shit, this film came out and scared me half to death. That witch has a mean jump! That scene where Tina is mauled in her sleep makes me curl up in horror. This is another film in which I had to turn the TV off because I was so terrified. The amount of shock scares in this film should be illegal! Don't forget the chilling, . SO MUCH NOPE! Hardly any film has ever had me so petrified with fear. Sorry, you classic horror film hoarders, but for me Fede Alvarez's Evil Deadreboot tops them all. It scared the hell out of me! The sense of pure evil that this film emanates makes it all the more real and terrifying. I'll never forget that staircase scene — I had to leave the room after that. Then shit got very real, very fast. I remember my heart racing so bad I thought I was having a heart- attack! From the second the scares started, I was gripped with fear until the very end. This is definitely one of my top horror movies. Words cannot describe how horrified I was throughout this sci- fi/action/horror masterpiece.
